A tutor-supported Drop-in Study Hall in downtown Winslow on Bainbridge Island, where high school students gather to conduct their studies with the support of a Tutoring Help Desk for core academic subjects. Students work independently or with their peers, getting help as they need it with specific assignments, essential study strategies, and organizing their workloads.

Inspired by British clubs, traditional college libraries, and student unions, The Old Boar provides a warm and stimulating environment for students to meet with tutors, whether spontaneously or pre-scheduled. This old-world study hall is great at relieving the anxiety that can undermine academic pursuits. Students may drop in, reserve in advance, and schedule hourly appointments.
